I'm really quite happy today.
First - even though I LOVE Adam & think he's awesome-rocks & he'll be huge anyway - for a variety of reasons I'm really excited that Kris Allen won American Idol! Mainly because now he gets to release the winner's song, which was FAR FAR better suited for him than for Adam. (And oh how much I adored that duet between him & Keith Urban?!) I've been a big Kris fan from the beginning, so I'm real happy.
Second, because I get to wake up tomorrow and go have another ultrasound, yipee! I love ultrasounds, they're just grand fun. You're getting lots of OJ in the morning, Adam - I wanna see plenty of kickin'!
THIRD... tomorrow hails the return of the single best thing about summertime - SYTYCD!!!!! I'm getting a giddy-headache just thinking about it. Get ready for the weekly epic episode recaps!
And fourth - with the beginning of SYTYCD, I won't automatically start dreading its completion because, once it's done at the end of summer.... they're starting another season in the fall!!! Yu-huh, that's right! The giddy-headache is in FULL SWING now, yo!
So, I shall be going to bed a very happy camper tonight. Hmm, perhaps I'll even cap off the evening with a quick bubble-bath, then read a chapter or two of Twilight before sleep, to ensure some Edward dreams... Oh, I love it when a plan comes together. :D hehehe
* And the Sox beat Toronto tonight -4 homers in the 5th, Ellsbury tying the record of 12 put-outs in a game, flippin' awesome game - bringing them up another full game in the standings! *

oh I'm so excited for SYTYCD!!!! Matt's annoyed with me talking about it all the time and replaying all the commercials! :) I didn't know there was giong to be a fall season! Hooray! We'll be up mid-July so I'll call you when we get there! Love ya!
Hey I love the name Adam! My sister Jen (who you know obviously) named her little boy Adam. He just turned 2! I love that name!
Wooohooo! SYTYCD! I am SOOOOO looking forward to your weekly posts about it... they are what made me start watching the show, and i LOVE it! Some of my friends are auditioning when they come to SLC! Too bad you're prego or you could audition too, because you'd be awesome! miss you!!!
LOL Yeah, that's why I'm not auditioning for a major dance competition, because I'm preggo... Riiiiiight. (Not at all because I'm about 10 years past my prime & would likely kill myself just walking up the stairs to the stage.)
