Me: Mmmm, these cookies turned out delicious. I think we did a pretty good job making them!
Emma: I couldn't have done it without my best friend, Kristen. (pats me on the arm)
:D
~ Hanging out downstairs... Colby heard water splashing... in the bathroom... Adam's disappeared... Yep. We have a toilet-splasher. And Emma doesn't usually flush. As she hadn't this time. I gathered several globs of pee-soaked toilet paper off the floor, and 2 from his mouth. *mom internally ga-vomits*
(editors' note: as I'm typing this, Adam's standing in front of me with a mile-wide grin - he must somehow know what I'm writing.)
~ (moments later) Adam's having a bath. :) Peek my head out of the bathroom to see Emma holding up a lightbulb that she's removed from the lamp. Hurry over to put it back in.
~(moments later) Adam's crying in the bath. "He must've bonked his head" I say. And he did... on the floor... after climbing out of the bath. (He's been hooking his leg over the side & trying to get out for a week or two; finally succeeded.) No, it's not a mini-sized tub; yes, he is a mini-sized boy. Doesn't really add up, does it? *sigh*
There's still several more hours in the day; perhaps you'll be hearing from me again.
Me thinks it time for another cookie...
