Last Saturday, we headed downtown to see Temple Square & hike up Ensign Peak. What a great time! Emma's been asking to go see the temple for weeks, as well as begging to go on a hike. Done.
*Sidenote: to all those out there laughing at me calling Ensign Peak a "hike" - stuff it. This here is my kingdom, and I can have you put in the stocks. :P
We joined our good friends from church for dinner & the hike, and finished the evening with a superb sunset overlooking this breathtaking valley our ancestors worked so hard to find and settle. To those early saints - from our little family to all yours, thank you most sincerely.
