Falling behind & major surgery!

Well, I'm once again falling behind in my blogging. I've got all these pictures just waiting to be shared with the world, and stories itchin' to be told. Sadly tonight I'm not really gonna do much to catch up, since my lovely computer has undergone major surgery & is now sequestered in recovery. :( Don't worry, it's a good thing!

For my birthday, I got a beautiful new 200 GB internal hard drive, and believe me it has been SOOO desperately needed! For weeks now I've been teetering between about 2 & 3 gigs of available space on my very cramped hard drive, even after moving every logical thing that I could to the external drive. So tonight, I made my disk backup, said goodbye to puny Mr. 60 GB, and began the prodecure. After carefully opening the chest cavity, I labored all through the night with precision and delicacy. The surgery was very successful and the patient is now resting, getting pumped full of life-giving fluids (AKA the backup files).

So I'm here doing a litle late-night blogging on Colby's computer - yes, I know, I'm using a (dare I say it?) PC! Eeeek!! *Note to self: remember to wash hands thoroughly before checking the patient, to avoid serious infection...*

Since the estimated time remaining for Ms. Mac's recovery is over 2 hours, I think I'll leave her here to rest & get some shut-eye myself. And, when I return in the morning, I'll have a brand-new super-suped-up, lean mean computing machine!! And there will be much catch-up blogging to do, OH YES!

> Jackson takes Emma for a wagon ride
> Jane & Kristen get all gussied up for... ice cream?
> Kristen decides to get a little older
> And perhaps more??
