Back in November (yes, November - shut up), Emma participated in her first gymnastics meet as part of the class she takes once a week. I wasn't really sure what to expect with it, but it was so great! Each child got a sheet with their name on it, and spots for the judge at each rotation to fill out with praise for their performance. And at the end, of course, was the medals ceremony!
I think it was one of the best days of Emma's life; she has really come to love gymnastics & I could just see how proud of herself she was that day. That goes for us, too - we are so proud of our bouncy little gal!

(I totally missed Emma's turn on the vault, and so the coach had her do it again. Thanks, coach!)

Oh my! How cute is she!?! Where does she take from? I have been looking for a place where Tyler could take tumbling while Daniel is at school, but haven't had much luck.
Jen, she takes from Galaxy Gymnastics down at Copperview Rec Center. We've been really pleased with their program, it's good legitimate gymnastics & not just skipping around in circles - but they make it really fun too, Emma has such a great time.
