Today (Tuesday, naturally) I'm thankful for:

Apple.

No, not apples. Apple.
The company that makes gloriously splendid electronic products.

What, I can only be thankful for deep, meaningful things? Whatever - I have a deep & meaningful relationship with my Apple products, they make me happy on an hourly basis.

You know what they say - "An Apple a day..." :D
