Tonight I got to go on a bonafide date with my hubby - because he flew in tonight! He'll be here for the weekend for Emma's birthday, of course.

I put Emma down for sleep & then headed out to pick him up at the airport and go to dinner. And here's where it gets hilarious: unbeknownst to either, we both surprised each other with reservations to Benihana! LOL We really do share a brain - which makes this whole being-apart thing that much more difficult, because life is tough on half a brain!

So the rest of the evening was spent discussing who was really taking who out to dinner. But when you're savoring the culinary perfection of hibachi fried rice & tepanyaki filet mignon, who really cares?! Thanks for the date, hubby!
