Good answer!

Today was one of those days when Emma just could not get any cuter - every little thing had me giggling & beaming at her uncontrollable adorability. (A word? Sure!) And she hit a real high-note tonight while taking her bubble bath:

Me: "Emma, you are so cute!! Are you the cutest girl ever in the whole world?"

Emma: "No."

Me: "No? Who in the world could possibly be cuter than you??"

* I am not making this next part up AT ALL - cross my heart & hope to die, this was her reply! *

Emma: "Mommy."

:O !!!!!! Melted, absolutely melted! And the harder I laughed, the bigger her smile got. You could just tell she was so very proud of herself.

What's more, I repeated this line of questioning a while later & received the EXACT same reply! Guess she really knows what she's talking about. ;)

Oh my sweet Emma Jane, tell me again what toys you wanted for your birthday? hehe
